Dr Safdar Ali Abbasi was elected to the Senate of Pakistan for a 6 year term. He was member of Senate Standing Committees on Commerce, Local Government, and Rural Development and Health, Social Welfare and Special Education.

Haji Munawwar contested PS - 33 seat and won, rejoining Sindh Assembly while Dr Safdar Abbasi is relected to Senate of Pakistan.

Following the tragic incident of Benazir Bhutto's assassination, the delayed General Elections saw him convincingly win PS - 38 seat and return to Sindh Assembly.

The Year Of Disappointment
Abbasi Family of Larkana parted ways with PPP and contested elections as independents. This was Moazzam Abbasi's first General Election as well and unfortunately could not succeed.

Moazzam Abbasi Wins PS - 11
After a nail-biting competition, Moazzam Abbasi gets his first victory in General Elections and joins Sindh Assembly.

Moazzam Abbasi Wins Byelections
Following disqualification by Supreme Court, Moazzam Abbasi contested the seat in byelections and again won. He received the same votes as he did in 2018 General Elections.

Ready For The New Challenge
Abbasi Family is gearing up for General Elections 2024. Moazzam Abbasi is contesting NA - 204 and PS - 12. Barrister Kazim Abbasi is contesting PS - 11, and Dr Safdar Abbasi is contesting NA - 197.
